Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LexiFlow platform ("Service"), operated by individual entrepreneur ANWAR MUNTASIR SUBHI QASEM, registered in Georgia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LexiFlow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) document generation platform that enables users to create document templates, map variables to data sources, build automated workflows, and generate documents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password associated with your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify LexiFlow immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We may change our fees at any time with 30 days' prior notice. If you do not agree to a fee change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for billing errors or service outages exceeding our SLA commitments. To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of the charge in question.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LexiFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including templates and generated documents. By using the Service, you grant LexiFlow a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting our support team. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LexiFlow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to LexiFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LexiFlow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where LexiFlow is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
