LexiFlow vs Word Mail Merge: which fits your workflow?
Word Mail Merge is useful when you already work in desktop Word and need personalized letters, labels or envelopes. LexiFlow is useful when you want individual generated files, stored templates and repeatable document work in a web application.
Choose Word Mail Merge when
Your team already has Word and Excel, the job is a straightforward recipient list, and printing letters or labels is the main outcome. A saved merge document can retain its data-source connection for reuse.
Choose LexiFlow when
You want to keep templates in an account, generate individual documents from CSV rows, combine templates in flows or call document generation through an HTTP API. You still need to prepare and check your data and template.
Test before switching
Try the same small dataset in your current Word workflow and the LexiFlow example. Compare formatting, file handling and the effort required to repeat the next batch. Neither approach removes the need to review your documents.
