Word template + CSV → individual documents: complete example
One reusable service offer, two fictional clients, two individual documents. These downloads were generated with the same DOCX replacement engine used by LexiFlow. No account is needed to inspect the example.
A real example
One template. Two rows. Two documents.
Follow the data from template to output. The sample files use fictional data.

Download the DOCX outputs below. PDF is also available in the app.
1. Start with your Word template
Add {{client_name}}, {{service}} and {{amount}} wherever the values should appear. The fixed text remains in your template. Download the example below to inspect the fields in Word.
2. Prepare a CSV table
Each row is one document. The sample has two rows: Example Studio and Sample Workshop. Columns are client_name, service and amount. Export Excel data as CSV before uploading; this workflow does not import XLSX directly.
3. Map columns and generate
In your account, upload the DOCX template, then open Documents → Bulk Generate (CSV). Upload the CSV, preview it, map columns to template variables and select DOCX or PDF. You can use {{client_name}} in the document naming pattern.
4. Inspect the output
The generated DOCX files below contain different client names, services and amounts. Download and open them to check the formatting. The preview on this page uses the same fictional values; it is a static example, not a live upload form.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to upload real client data to try it?
No. Start with the downloadable fictional CSV and template. Replace the data only after you have checked the mapping and output.
Can I generate PDF instead?
Yes, the application supports PDF conversion. Complex Word layouts should be tested with a small batch first. The example downloads use DOCX.
