Use the contract wording your team has already approved. LexiFlow fills the changing fields so you can prepare individual contracts without copying client details by hand.
Keep control of the contract model
Start with your own DOCX contract. Mark fields such as {{client_name}}, {{contract_date}} and {{amount}}. LexiFlow substitutes data into that model; it does not decide which clauses are appropriate.
Prepare the client data
Create a CSV with one row per contract. Check names, identifiers, dates and amounts at the source. Upload the template and map each CSV column to its corresponding variable.
Generate and review
Choose DOCX for further editing or PDF for sharing after review. Start with two fictional rows and inspect the results before processing a full batch. Reuse the approved model for future clients.

Yes, after exporting the table as CSV. Confirm the formatting of dates and identifiers and map the columns before generation.

Yes. Keep the template and generate a new batch with updated data. Review the model whenever its wording needs to change.
